As a coach, adviser and facilitator, she works to create lasting change in individuals, teams, organizations and systems. Victoria is incoming chair of the British Standards Institute Knowledge Management Systems Committee.
Dr Wendy Schultz | Futures and Foresight
Futures research and foresight expert with over 40 years of global experience, specialising in participatory methods and systems mapping. Wendy has lectured at the University of Houston, Nanyang Technological University, and the University of Turku. She is a Fellow of the Geneva Centre for Security Policy and the World Futures Studies Federation.
James Stevens | Narrative and Imagination
James Stevens cut his teeth on Madison Ave, developing creative and strategies for Fortune 500 clients, and managing quantitative and qualitative research studies. At Hyphae he applies these skills and experiences to the creation of more impactful assets, artefacts and experiences which uncover, explore and create momentum and narratives of change.
Dr Caitlin McDonald | Coaching and Innovation
An award-winning researcher, an artist featured in international digital art exhibitions, and a strategist with 10+ years experience researching and advising on socio-technical impacts. Caitlin is particularly interested in developing ecosystems of interdisciplinary experts to facilitate knowledge exchange across sector boundaries, and coaching individuals to thrive in times of uncertainty.
Dr Peter Humphrey | Research and Imagination
Peter is a research manager and creative producer with a PhD in Musicology and New Media at UC Berkeley. Peter manages Hyphae’s research programs. He places a strong emphasis on the synthesis and communication of complex ideas, incorporating creative approaches to research outputs using sound and visual design.
Dr Trish O’Flynn | Systems and Assessment
Trish is a qualitatively-led interdisciplinary researcher who seeks applied solutions to contemporary challenges using systems thinking to contribute to horizon scanning, synthesis, analysis and impact assessment. After a 20-year career in policymaking and crisis management, she earned a Master’s degree and PhD at the Open University.
