THRIVE is based on 30 years of research and leadership practice from organizational transformation expert Victoria Ward (L) and futurist Dr Wendy Schultz (R). They have led change through complex transitions at some of the world’s most recognizable brands, international NGOs, UN member bodies, and G20 governments. This course combines strategic foresight and futures thinking, narrative practice, transformation capacity building and change tools into entertaining, actionable, reflective and modular method driven exercises that sets it apart from more typical learning and development offering.

Each module equips participants with two integrated methods, one strategic, one narrative, to develop foresight, adaptability, and collective intelligence. Participants bring a live change challenge they are experiencing and apply the methods to move through their challenge with more clarity, creativity, and confidence.
Module 1: Future Story and Backcasting - Create a vivid, motivating picture of your preferred future and build a pathway to activate change.
Module 2: Three Horizons and Shared History - Place yourself within wider contexts of change and draw lessons from the past to inform long-term decisions.
Module 3: Futures Wheels and Verge - Explore ripple effects of change and identify weak signals and emerging edges of transformation and innovation.
